Kingdon Now Has over 100 Merchant App Installs on Clover POS

We are pleased to announce that after months of dedicated work, constant development and evolution of the product, Kingdon recently went live on Clover US App Market and until today has over 100 merchant app installs.

Kingdon is an automated marketing platform for small local businesses therefore matter of distribution was one of the main issues. We decided to go with Clover App Market, since this First Data’s POS took a giant leap in United States with more and more merchants using it every day.

What makes Kingdon different from other automated solutions are gamified engagement formats and digital word-of-mouth. Through simple tools Kingdon is letting merchants to create games such as scratch cards with hidden rewards and sends them out on customer’s smartphones. This way customers are excited while scratching and waiting to see whether the card will be winning and the reward they get is always a good deal, whether a discount, a free item or whatever merchant decides to give away, in order to entice customers to come back to the store.

When it’s positive, word of mouth is the best marketing for every product out there and we’ve managed to make it digital and measurable. Each offer, coupon or scratch card that is sent out is a part of referral program and can be shared through social media channels, WhatsApp and email with friends, families, colleagues. It has a unique URL and keeps trace of prospects. Once prospect has visited the store it becomes a member and both referrer and referred customer get rewards automatically.

When used regularly, Kingdon helps merchants acquire more than 300 members in one month and the number could easily go up to 1000 members in a few months. Since every one of us has its smartphone all the time, we only use mobile phone number for customer acquisition, and therefore click through rates rise above 40%.
